The latest in artificially-engineered superhumans, the Arcadia Corporation intended to produce their own next-generation of humankind. Doctor Cornelius was brought in to revive his work from Weapon X, producing new made-to-order superhumans. Several of their test subjects escaped after being deemed obsolete, and operated independently or fought back against the corporation.
