The V-Battalion is a secret organization of heroes gathered in the aftermath of World War II to defend the planet from all possible threats. The Council is primarily comprised of surviving veteran heroes from the War and their descendants.
Other members unrelated to the X-Men include the Mighty Destroyer, Bucky II, Silver Scorpion, Nuklo, Jim Hammond, Goldfire, Topspin, Union Jack II, and Iron Cross.
