2099 Universe
In the year 2099, the United States of America was disbanded in favor of a new Corporation run society. Former American land that existed outside of MegaCorps' control were considered independent, "Indies" that were officially lawless and left to their own devices. Las Vegas was now officially run by the mob, controlled by the Greater Nevada Syndicate and the Synge family. The Rat Pack was a team of assassins and enforcers employed by the Synge Hotel and Casino.
