The New Enforcers were a criminal organization who were briefly opposed by Spider-Man. Their "Outer Circle" of field agents included Vanisher, Eel, Blitz, Plant-Man, Tangle, Thermite, and the artificial constructs Dragon Man, Super-Adaptoid and a Dreadnought. The "Inner Circle" of leaders included Controller, Mentallo, Fixer, Mister Fear and Madame Menace. While the Inner Circle escaped capture and detection by Spider-Man, they never appeared again as a group.
