ALTERNATE VERSIONS
When reality was warped by Legion into the Age of X, Maggott, along with his two slugs, was a prisoner at Camp George, where mutants were being held captive. He participated in a riot but when the Avengers arrived to put an end to the mayhem, Maggott was struck down by Captain America, and subsequently vaporized by a deranged iron Man.
On Battleworld during the Secret Wars event, Maggott was seen with several other mutants with obvious physical mutations or deformities dubbed the Rej-X within the Clear Mountain Project run by Cassandra Nova. Maggott and the other Rej-X were kept out of site by Cassandra Nova who forced them into slavery, building X-Sentinels. Jubilee ws exploring the facility when she happened to discover them. 
Maggott took part in the final battle against the X-Sentinel, and when the Clear Mountain Facility was shut down following Cassandra Nova's defeat, he, and the other Rej-X were not seen of again. However, Maggott soon resurfaced at the Lilapalooza concert in Westchester which he attended with Adam X, Marrow and Random. The group were there in support of mutant unity, but when chaos errupted and X-Factor arrived to calm the situation, they battled the "government stooges", with Maggott seemingly enjoying disgusting Strong Guy as they battled.
