• Formerly bonded with the Spirit of Variance, letting him change into a Ghost Rider style supernatural being, able to deploy magically controlled chains, augment the chains or his scream with astral hellfire, sense forces of change on a metaphysical level, share its power with another vessel to gain a “steed,” and project the Scream of Change, identifying any “change” the target is going through and chart the course of events which led to that change
